22/10/2024: The food was delicious, well cooked, plentiful and of good quality... the location is beautiful and the staff very kind and friendly, however there are two things against it in my experience: the first is that they have a minimum number of guests so if they were to decline more ' people than expected (as in my case for a bereavement) you will still have to pay covers unnecessarily (and here there is very little flexibility) and then another thing that I didn't like, but which I learned in the following days, it's that they haven't been as helpful to my suppliers. The florist was not allowed in (with consequent incorrect arrangement of things), ditto for those who had to place a balloon in a specific point indicated by me, a girl I had "hired" for a tattoo corner was responded to in an unkind manner and was denied a loan of scissors (with the consequence that no one was able to use this corner) and, finally, my entertainer was rushed to finish the various performances already communicated to the management (despite having breaks which did not prevent him from 'exit of the courses) and I didn't like this at all 1 because we were not informed and 1 because I had been told that there was no time limit and for this reason, considering that we arrived on time and that at 11 we were at the cake, I didn't even expect that 20 minutes after the cake the whole villa was completely shut down (which in the catering field practically means kicking people out). We practically distributed the favors in a hurry because we felt uncomfortable. Conclusion: if I had to evaluate the service I would give 10 stars but these things just listed, discovered later, left a bad taste in my mouth because we felt bypassed by those who in front made us look super helpful but who, instead, behind us did not it was the same way. ANSWER The flowers weren't arranged the way I wanted, precisely because the florist wasn't let in! The same thing happened with the balloon, my cousin wanted to place it and couldn't do it because, coincidentally, she too told me that she wasn't allowed in! My guests did not get tattoos and they returned to me in the exact same number as I delivered them to the girl. I basically spent money unnecessarily on that corner. For the time... they tell me "there are no limits" and at 11.30 THE RESTAURANT WAS OFF (just as the main fountain was turned off as soon as we entered the room) then there is something that doesn't add up. And I don't know how the wedding could have ended at 1.30am given that we were home at midnight! Maybe you celebrated? As for the guests, I knew very well that there was a contract and, in fact, I respected my word by paying, but it is very true that there was very little flexibility in this regard. The only thing you did was reduce the menu for the 4 children, but I paid for 10 absent adults who I had already notified days and days before. Then if we want to talk about fairness and agreements when we came to talk we were told a price by a lady and when we booked we were told a different one by the manager. And finally, again after the agreement, we were also told that for music and fireworks we necessarily had to refer to the suppliers indicated by you, it would have been more correct to say so before. My wedding went well but not as we wanted and the mockery of the beautiful face up front and different behind was not welcome. Especially because several suppliers reported this to us! And I was also corrected because I didn't throw mud at everything because it wouldn't have been right, the staff was great and I give them credit for it but there were things we didn't like and it's not right that I don't say them because people need to know what he's up against. At least on this one! Since we are already blind about food as you (like many) don't even plan to taste it.

20/10/2024: I was there for a wedding and I must say that the location is really beautiful. The service was impeccable and the dishes were also classy. Nothing to complain about. Maybe just the choice to consume the appetizer under the gazebo was not appropriate due to the heat, but on July 5th it is hot everywhere and therefore it is not attributable to them.
