Had lunch today with our cousin Lello and his wife Silvia... wonderful place, food with typical recipes from Bari, nothing short of exquisite, Nicola and his mother Anna were friendly and welcoming, we highly recommend it, we couldn't find a fault with anything... thank you so much for everything... we're returning to Venice with a unique and unforgettable culinary experience, and thanks to Lello who offered us lunch

The best butcher shop (Braceria) in Bari Vecchia. It's a butcher shop that prepares fantastic sandwiches (even if "panino" is an understatement) with absolutely unique and fresh products from its own counter. Not just a simple sandwich, but a true experience. Every bite transports you to the flavors of a land rich in flavors, a warm, crispy roll that envelops a cut of meat of your choice: bombette, sausage, zampina, braciola, porchetta, and falda (Il diaframma) and a vegetable filling, including a choice of zucchini, aubergine, or tomatoes in oil. All washed down with a cold Peroni beer (which, remember, is now the last completely Italian brand, which also has a plant in Bari). The scent of the nearby sea, the chatter of the villagers, and the chirping of the seagulls are the soundtrack that will accompany your break. Frequented by locals and workers, it can get a little crowded at midday, but you can't miss out on all this. I ate the diaphragm sandwich, heavenly.

Very good, worth trying, I recommend the ribeye.
