Outstanding steak sandwich!! I asked for the most tender meat and he recommended the tagliata. It was the juiciest most tender piece of steak I’ve ever had in a sandwich ever and for €6 what a deal! My only regret is that I wish I had tried this place earlier since I had gone to many other places in the town and paid double for things like this. Anyways go here if you love steak it’s fresh, affordable and high quality! No frills just fresh meat! Bravo 👏

Local atmosphere, delicious sandwiches

Superlative sandwich to say the least!!!! Not to mention the excellent prices of the place. The place where the restaurant is located is also excellent, precisely at the entrance to old Bari, so that you can eat a tasty sandwich while visiting the historic center of Bari.

A place that gives you confidence in a job well done, with honesty, total transparency and quality product without tricks or cardboard. Authentic fast food from before that horrible term was invented. Meat cut and grilled directly and in sight. A 10 without a doubt. If there were more people who had done what this family from Bari, the Yankee garbage chains would NEVER have been able to establish themselves in our old Europe.

Cool atmosphere. The place is probably run by an older couple, the meat is placed behind the counter, you choose it and it is grilled fresh. You can choose sauce and additions for the sandwich. Bombetta is a fatty, specific bacon but a delicacy for gourmets :)

Prima volta a Bari. Arrivo ad ora di pranzo ed, in maniera del tutto casuale, mentre mi dirigo nell'affascinante Bari Vecchia, dove ho prenotato l'albergo, mi imbatto in questa beccheria a conduzione familiare. Qui regnano un'atmosfera informale, semplicità, accoglienza e soprattutto bontà. Ci sono tornato anche l'ultimo giorno prima di partire. Ho mangiato due panini, uno con carne e l'altro con zampina (una salciccia locale) piastrati al momento dinanzi a me e arricchiti da rucola e pomodori secchi. Il proprietario, sempre sorridente, ti fa sentire completamente a tuo agio ed è un piacere mescolarsi con la gente del posto con cui mentre mangi assapori anche spaccati di vita locale. Ottimi i prezzi.
