We had the opportunity to spend a pleasant evening at the Bebop restaurant, what can I say... everything was extremely delicious, the dishes studied down to every single detail; starting from the chef's welcome, to the appetizer, first and second course, obviously without forgetting the dessert.
Small but comfortable and welcoming environment, friendly and knowledgeable dining room staff.
We can't wait to return!

Very small place suitable for the purpose for which they aimed pleasant music and with very attentive and well-groomed staff. The dishes are very tasty with delicious combinations if I dare to say my personal opinion of the tasting menu yes but I would add some other variations from what they brought me.
All in all the experience respected what I was looking for, my wife was happy but she didn't appreciate everything, after all, tastes are personal.
Yes, the 7-course experience is worth experiencing, but I would recommend varying some courses.

Sober and refined setting, pleasant service. The cuisine is excellent but the portions are so small that it's almost ridiculous. Much too expensive for what it is...

The food was very good. The only thing that didn't work so well was the air conditioning above our table right after we sat down. It wasn't a hot evening in Palermo. The air conditioning was running, and the draft was unpleasant even with reduced power. It was eventually turned off, but we got the impression that the waiter didn't like it. The rest of the evening was very relaxed and we were able to enjoy the good food and the wine accompaniment.

Ristorante di alto livello con piatti di richiamo alla tradizione siciliana rivisitati in chiave moderna.
L’antipasto “Splash, Caprese!” lo porteremo nel cuore.
