Italienische Küche experimentell zu modernisieren, ist ein fast unmögliches Vorhaben. Bei unseren 5 Gängen hatten wir kein einziges „Aha!“-Erlebnis, das nachhaltig beeindruckt hätte. Immerhin: Die Zubereitungen und Garpunkte waren perfekt. Mit 5 Gängen (60 €) wurde man auch knapp satt. Mit 3 Gängen (45 €) muss man wohl hintan noch eine Pizzeria suchen, um satt zu werden. Generell wurden die Gänge zu scnell serviert, um einen entspannten Abend zu genießen. Die Menüs nur tischweise anzubieten, ist zwar nicht unüblich, hier aber ist der Preisabstand zur à-la-carte-Bestellung so gravierend, dass man kaum eine Wahl hat. Weinkarte? Fehlanzeige. Ein selbsternannter Sommelier stellt nach kurzer Frage (Bianco o nero, secco o fruttoso?) eine Flasche mit aufgepinseltem Preis auf den Tisch nach dem Motto „Ich weiß besser als Du was Du trinken sollst). Geht gar nicht.

Beautiful showcase of Sicilian products. Professional service, good music. Too bad the portions are so small and the bread refill 4 euro. With a little more generosity this restaurant could be really good.

Pur essendo uno dei miei locali del cuore, devo segnalare delle defaillances,come l' assenza di una carta vini, la quale mette a disagio il cliente, in scelte esigue e suggerite, con prezzi, purtroppo, posti verbalmente. Un servizio poco efficiente, ove un sommelier , reo di non aver fatto assaggiare il vino, lo ha servito direttamente; la maitre, non ha saputo conoscere cosa fosse il menage chiesto,assemblato al momento, né lasciato sul tavolo a disposizione dei conviviali, e la richiesta del pane da accompagnamento al secondo, tralaltro pagato, pur facente parte della voce "coperto". Incongruente rapporto qualità prezzo,smussato dalla scontistica The Fork prontamente applicata.

It's not my restaurant. The quality of the food was good, but not great, and I didn't like the concept. The two young waiters were courteous but not very direct and did not definitively recommend it to me. There was no wine list and I don't like this when I can choose between lighter wines and stronger wines.

We had the opportunity to spend a pleasant evening at the Bebop restaurant, what can I say... everything was extremely delicious, the dishes studied down to every single detail; starting from the chef's welcome, to the appetizer, first and second course, obviously without forgetting the dessert. Small but comfortable and welcoming environment, friendly and knowledgeable dining room staff. We can't wait to return!

Very small place suitable for the purpose for which they aimed pleasant music and with very attentive and well-groomed staff. The dishes are very tasty with delicious combinations if I dare to say my personal opinion of the tasting menu yes but I would add some other variations from what they brought me. All in all the experience respected what I was looking for, my wife was happy but she didn't appreciate everything, after all, tastes are personal. Yes, the 7-course experience is worth experiencing, but I would recommend varying some courses.

Friendly and very professional staff, the restaurant is welcoming and the food is really good!!
