We had dinner in this fantastic place as a couple, one of whom has celiac disease. Based on the reviews I read, I have to admit we weren't disappointed. The place is truly beautiful, practically a stilt house on the sea, the service is excellent with continuous attention to the customer, especially regarding gluten-free. Fabulous mussel appetizer, compared to the first courses, good because it is possible to taste the quality of the raw material but overall a little disjointed. In any case, everything was exceptional and, given the impeccable service, even the mistakes on the first courses take second place. Exceptional value for money and once the bill was paid, there was no shortage of bitterness on offer. I highly recommend anyone passing through these parts to try it.

Wonderful friendly, precise and attentive staff, fresh and quality local cuisine, recommended for southern tourists like me because here you feel at home, fresh fish, first courses of high quality local cuisine, second courses and homemade desserts.... What about trying and trying again. A location directly on the sea of ​​Marausa for those who love the scent of the sea like me.

The Locanda sul Mare in Marausa Lido is an authentic jewel set between the salt pans and windmills of Misiliscemi, Trapani. This restaurant, located on a wooden terrace directly overlooking the sea, offers a gastronomic experience that perfectly combines the beauty of the landscape with the quality of the food. We had the pleasure of tasting spaghetti with clams, a dish that fully reflects the freshness of the local fish, accompanied by a glass of Lavì, a sparkling white wine from the Colomba Bianca winery, which proved to be fresh and light, perfect for summer atmosphere. The dessert, an almond parfait, was a delicious surprise, embellished with crunchy almonds and melted chocolate. Even though it was the last one available, it was shared with pleasure, closing the meal in a sublime way. Hospitality was another strong point of the experience. The waitress was exceptionally kind and sweet, while the owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality offered: you pay for what you eat, and every euro spent is justified by the excellent cuisine and the breathtaking view. With the sea of ​​Marausa and the Egadi islands on the horizon, La Locanda sul Mare is destined to become a point of reference for those looking for a place to enjoy excellent food in an enchanting natural setting. I can't wait to go back soon!

The staff really tries hard and makes a lot of things possible, even when the restaurant is full. So 5 stars for the top service. The food is ok. The location itself looks quite worn out and is in dire need of renovation. This is of course challenging in close proximity to the sea.

Sunday evening with my wife, my daughter and her dear friend we had dinner in this place by the sea (right on stilts) with a view of the Egadi islands. Nice place, airy, clean and tidy, just what we were looking for. A singer and a guitarist played in the background. In this restaurant you only eat fish, excellent fish, of any type and above all very fresh. Excellent service, rapid and maximum courtesy and dedication towards the customer. We took a rich tray of seafood appetizers, and then the girls chose first courses (busiate with seafood and spaghetti with blue crab) and my wife and I chose grilled sea bream with Sicilian salad and mixed fried food. An excellent cold white wine accompanied our dinner with dignity. We had a very good time and will definitely return.
