This review is to compliment personal trainer Simone Franciosi. And to thank him. He works with clients in the weight room with professionalism and dedication, a lighthearted approach, and a friendly personality. I recommend a package of lessons with him to anyone who's just starting out like me and wants to improve quickly.

12/10/2025: A bit of a wait for the first courses but it was worth it, the cacio e pepe and amatriciana were amazing, excellent cuisine and service, all the birthday party guests were satisfied, the house sparkling wine was excellent

19/10/2025: We discovered it thanks to the 4 Restaurants program, and it was love at first sight, which was definitely confirmed with our experience here! Appetizers: so many and all impeccable, first courses were amazing (there were 6 of us, so we experimented with the menu), and the arrosticini were noteworthy, they melted in your mouth. Tiramisu was a real treat. Friendly and attentive service: I was cold at first, and they asked me several times if I was warm enough! (Never happened before) What can I say? Come on, Sora Ines, see you soon!!!!
