Bazzani In Castello di serravalle

I've been to this place several times, but not at the hotel, only to eat at the restaurant. The place isn't particularly beautiful, but it's well-kept and clean, with very friendly staff. The food is local, with a wide selection on the menu, as well as excellent pizzas, including pan-cooked ones. I had some delicious crespelle, followed by the Bazzani noodles with baked potatoes. And then there was the dessert, which was truly amazing: meringue with hot melted chocolate. The price for this exquisite dinner: €39.50, including service charge and a bottle of water. It might seem expensive, but I assure you it's worth it!

I only had lunch there, with a set menu, and it was good value. The service was good, and the place was clean.

Like previous years, we stayed 3 nights and everything was fine. The rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant was always packed due to the excellent quality of the food. Everything was excellent.

A culinary experience not to be missed. The menu offers typical Emilian dishes. Each dish is a pleasure to eat, featuring homemade pasta and attention to the quality of the ingredients. Kudos to the chefs who, with passion and professionalism, prepare requests quickly.

We had lunch at this restaurant. The dishes were lukewarm, not hot, and tasteless. The dishes were unsalted, and if you need it, you have to ask for it. 40 minutes passed between two courses... you even lost your appetite. Still wine instead of the sparkling one we asked for. Ask for bread, and they forgot to bring it. In short, maybe once, maybe twice... the third time, you won't go back. In winter, they turn off the air conditioning at 1:00 PM, so it's cold under the table on the veranda.

Excellent restaurant and pizzeria... We'll be back...

The fried gnocco and tigelle are delicious! Definitely worth a try!

The pizza is always excellent, fragrant, and easy to digest. I often eat at least two. Highly recommended.
