The pasta is very delicious, I really liked the carbonara with the crispy bacon that is so delicious. The lasagna is also very good, the place is beautiful and original, I recommend it, the food is good and the waiters are very nice😁

Delicious food 10/10 grecia , amatriciana, and pesto the most delicious pasta in Italy. The only thing that can be better is the level of the AC.

We had two wonderful hours for aperitivo here. The wine was great, the beer cold and tasty. We received great service. Fast and super friendly service! We would come here again at any time. Clearly recommended

Baylon more like baby get me some more! The carbonara is an absolute devious lick. Perfect aperol to quench my thirst in Rome’s heat. 10/10 recommend for an affordable and devious lick.

Despite the name, Baylon Cafè is more a bar than your typical cafè, so keep that in mind before visiting. (My friend learnt the hard way). That being said, the pasta is decent, although the portion may leave a bit to be desired for the 12€ price tag. Tried their Appleton Estate 12 rum which is great for only 5€. The staffs are so friendly that they are willing to help you sift through their collection and choose your own booze. Mostly in Italian, though.

Molto buono, piacevole atmosfera,abbiamo preso bruschette miste sono 10 pz con n 2 birra acqua e n 2 piatti cacio e pepe ,spesa totale 52 euro ,ci ritornerò sicuramente tutti molto disponibili

Posto carino ed intimo, trovato passeggiando per le vie di trastevere. Ottimi i cocktail e personale disponibile, il proprietario Simone, si è mostrato gentilissimo e attento ai dettagli Grazie, ritorneremo presto! Ps.. grazie per il bicchiere bellissimo

17/06/2024: I confirm the opinion I gave one/two years ago. It's not the super cool bar in the centre, but it's nice, due to the fact that it's above a Ferrari workshop/stable and it's well kept

29/08/2024: Environment surrounded by greenery, welcoming and kind staff, thin and crunchy pizza. Very good! I will definitely go back
22/08/2024: We were there a few days ago for lunch on the occasion of the graduation of a very dear friend, there were several of us and we had a whole outdoor area at our disposal, practically immersed in a park. We were welcomed well and we had better meals, with excellent distance between one dish and another: I will never tire of writing that I don't like diner-style restaurants. I would like to recommend the place not only for the restaurant, but also for the sports center surrounded by greenery which deserves your attention.
