A very nice little restaurant, friendly people, excellent food and being a farm they also offer the purchase of their products.

Everything is excellent. 10 points. The best food in the area.
Very good service, everyone very attentive.
The appetizer, the antipasto, and the pasta were the best.
Ravioli my favorite. And the white chocolate dessert a 10.

I don't remember how the dark ways of online browsing led me to the Kircherhof, but even before my summer holidays began, I had already chosen it as one of our evening stops.
The Noflatscher family's 𝑙𝑢𝑜𝑔𝑜 is located in Albes, a small, quiet and pretty village just south of Bressanone, fortunately separated from the tidy but poorly landscaped industrial outskirts of the city by the river crossed by a beautiful suspended road bridge.
The place is a fairytale, wood and ancient stone walls make up a veranda which in summer allows you to rest your gaze on the green of the first hills, the woods, vineyards, fields, the gentle light of the sunset in the Isarco Valley. With the complicity of a strong storm in the middle of the afternoon, the evening air gave us a perfect temperature.
And it is a real farm, complete with apple orchards and vegetable gardens, which provide a large part of the ingredients used, directly or transformed, in the preparation of the dishes. Everyone liked the cuisine, from time to time, the intensity of the flavors or the delicacy were the means to enhance the freshness of the raw materials, original compositions, many colors, many nuances of taste.
The wine list reflects the area, so a lot of Valle Isarco, a lot of Alto Adige, I deliberately didn't pay much attention to everything else. Especially after seeing a 🍷 Hoopoe Rot with a few years on its shoulders, which in the end kept us good company during dinner.
The Kircherhof was a decidedly lucky discovery overall 🙏

We had lunch with friends and ate really well cooked dishes! The beef tartare from their farm was absolutely the best I've ever eaten! The carrot ravioli are excellent, not to mention the apricot dumpling for dessert! A real treat! The only dish that didn't satisfy me was the stuffed fried courgettes, as the flavor of the courgette was totally covered by the thick batter, but all in all (including the kindness of the staff) I can't give less than 5 stars!
