Superlative pizza, in all its variations, with truly noteworthy pairings that led me to betray my longtime Margherita choice because it's truly worth trying the alternatives. The ingredients are of the highest quality, the dough excellent, tasty and digestible, which is essential for me. It's the best pizza I've ever eaten. The staff are truly lovely; they welcome you with warmth, a smile, courtesy, and a friendly atmosphere. It's a pleasant environment, where you feel really good, and it's a pleasure to return. For us, it's now an unmissable event. For those who love cocktails and unique beers, you won't be disappointed. I rarely drink, but I'm happy to indulge. It's beautiful even in the summer. The service is wonderful, the atmosphere is very welcoming and spacious, especially the space between the tables, which shouldn't be taken for granted.
The pizzas are fantastic, even the gluten-free ones. The dough is homemade, not frozen.
They have plenty of toppings, and the ingredients on the pizzas on the menu are fantastic, perfectly balanced.
I recommend going there.
The price is around €20 per person, including water/soft drink and a cover charge (€2.50).

Beautiful but somewhat cold location, a former hotel restaurant located in the garden.
The pizza is definitely very good, with a particularly light crust, but... there's only pizza! Not even simple appetizers.
I find this a disappointing choice and it somewhat limits the appeal.
Also, the menu is digital-only, something I hate; browsing the menu is part of the ritual of a restaurant lunch.

Neapolitan pizza is truly delicious and light, and you can clearly taste the freshness of the ingredients. Watching the pizzas come out of the kitchen, you can see the pizza chef's passion for what he does. Unfortunately, these days it's become a real lottery to find a properly made pizzeria, especially since there's very little left in Querceta, and the overall quality is no longer top-notch.
I agree with several comments regarding the wait times, although on my second visit the wait was decidedly short. However, in our case, we weren't in a hurry, and this allowed us to relax and enjoy the evening.
We ordered a Provola e Pepe and a Parmigiana on our first visit, and two Provola e Pepe on our second visit. I must say that the Provola e Pepe was well-filled, with the right balance of cheese and pepper.
After the pizzas, we wanted to try the homemade desserts, opting for two Puccinis. Definitely worth trying at least once.
The service was handled by two waiters: the first seated us and served the drinks, while the second brought our pizzas. The menu is only available online, via QR code, so you need a smartphone and a data connection.
For the two beers we ordered, since I assume they were bottled, I would have preferred to be served with a bottle and glass on the side, so I could pour myself. But that's just my way of drinking; obviously, the waiter couldn't have known that. I expect a full glass of beer if it's on tap, but they usually bring a bottle as well, since it was a foreign IPA, which isn't an everyday choice.
On our second visit, we were delighted to meet the pizza chef and chat. You can see the passion and enthusiasm he puts into making his pizzas. That's why we'll be back.
