With my boyfriend, we tried this gourmet pizzeria a stone's throw from the trulli of Alberobello, during a last minute weekend spent in Puglia. A delicious and digestible dough (the cereal one is highly recommended), top quality ingredients, a very welcoming and well-kept place. Finally, a particular tiramisu, with a decidedly unusual taste. Super recommended pizzeria!

We found ourselves here on November 1st, hungry after a nice walk in the historic center among the splendid trulli of Alberobello. Well-leavened pizza with a nice high crust. The service is also fast and courteous. Also pay attention to intolerances. Everything fresh and a wide choice of seasonal and local ingredients.

At dinner with friends we spent a peaceful and pleasant evening with a high-quality gourmet pizza experience with the right combinations of quality products. I would recommend the owner to expand the range of beers so as to offer a wider choice. I thank my colleague Ramunni for the right feedback given on the Red Basil of which I can confirm the good pizzas and bruschettas that I recommend. Coming back is always a pleasure

29/12/2024: Il locale è vicino a centro. Caratteristica la struttura a volte che ti accoglie all'ingresso. Non ci sono molti coperti all'interno e per questo si può colloquiare serenamente con i compagni di tavola. Il cibo è molto buono, di qualità. Unico neo, poca scelta nei contorni.

22/12/2024: I went to this place for dinner with colleagues. It was the first time I discovered it and I must say that I was very surprised. A very particular and well-kept location that welcomes you and envelops you in the rock. Varied and particular menu that combines local tradition with refined dishes. Very professional and kind staff. We tasted a wide variety of dishes and all were very good and of excellent quality. A pleasant discovery to return to again. Compliments!
05/11/2024: Nice place in the centre, very well furnished and owner/staff helpful and very attentive. Very good quality of food and particular combinations, not much to my taste but undoubtedly good and refined.
