Basilico Bianco In Gallarate

Something's changed... It's not my first time here; maybe I haven't been in a few months, but this time I was disappointed. Let's start with the menu. For the first time, I found the QR code. Nothing strange, but it's a shame it opens with Google Drive. I have my work drive set up on my phone (and no, unfortunately I don't have a work phone), so when I open the menu now, it's automatically saved in my work files! I suggest searching online for sites that let you create a menu in PDF format (there are free versions!). Let's move on to the order. I ask for a pizza and they tell me they're out of burrata. What a shame, it was my favorite pizza! I choose another. Excellent pizza, as always! Although before arriving, I was already anticipating another. Let's move on to dessert. The options are chocolate salami served with a scoop of gelato or... gelato! Everything else is gone! I think I chose this place mainly for the cheesecake, but who knows, maybe they don't make it anymore? It was Sunday evening, and we arrived at 8:30 pm, which seems like a normal time for dinner... and both of the dishes I planned on ordering were sold out! Too bad, because this time I also had two guests, and by choosing this pizzeria, I didn't make a great impression! I just hope it was an unfortunate coincidence!

Two takeaway pizzas...I was shocked by how good the pizzas were...I didn't expect that at all...my compliments to the pizza chef!!!!

Ho ordinato da asporto in questa pizzeria con un mio amico la pizza non era un granché gli ingredienti ottimi però l impasto non era di nostro gradimento troppo biscottoso non la consiglio

Good pizza, but the toppings are too heavy. This makes it not stay on the slice of pizza when you pick it up. After all, it is a good restaurant

Locale accogliente progettato con linee minimali dove gustare pizze (non molte in menù') con impasti differenti e tutti digeribili... buone le birre "artigianali". Servizio attento e premuroso, consiglio la visita!

Small place but the pizzas are really more than excellent, fabulous, you could eat them even at midnight and go to sleep like a newborn... very digestible dough, delicious products 😋👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

A small family-run pizzeria...really tasty pizza, with good, quality ingredients...maybe not huge but good. I recommend it
