5 out of 5 stars might be enough to describe it all, but this place deserves a deeper dive.
I went for dinner with my celiac girlfriend, hoping to eat decently gluten-free, which isn't a given in Molise. To say we were satisfied would be an understatement. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to every need. The dishes were simply exquisite. Cleanliness and order reign supreme. The only downside is that it's not close enough to home to be able to return at least once a week.
You're not just eating pizza, you're experiencing a culinary journey. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and charming location... the road to get there is a bit steep 😂 but we made it 💪. Very friendly and kind staff. Excellent and unique fry shop, the pizza? What can I say, truly excellent, very light, a wide variety of choices, spoiled for choice. And finally the desserts... a spectacle, really good... Congratulations 👏, see you next time

The place is welcoming; in the summer you can even eat outside and admire the view.
The ingredients are carefully selected and of high quality. The pizzas are unique in their toppings, unlike the usual ones. The dough is light and not heavy. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

Everything was delicious: the Italian-style appetizers made with quality ingredients, the Cossack pizza, both the dough and the toppings, and the delicious desserts. A lovely place in a charming village.

I went to Bus & Co in Pesche this evening with my family and we were really satisfied! 🍕 The pizza is excellent, with a light and digestible dough that makes it even more enjoyable. The quality of the gluten-free pizza is also noteworthy: delicious, well-topped, and in no way different from traditional pizza. The place is welcoming and the staff are friendly. A place we definitely recommend and will gladly return to!

Wonderful little village in Molise, through small characteristic streets you reach the pizzeria, you enter and breathe in a beautiful atmosphere, welcomed by the owner Biagio affable and very friendly he makes us sit in a beautiful former barn room, walls in living stone with a beautiful fireplace, excellent furnishings and table preparation, vast menu of pizzas from classic to the special ones of the house, good beer on tap, smiling staff ready to explain the various pizzas, fast service, excellent home-made pastries, especially the savory panettone, and the desserts, average price for the quality received.
