Bas & Co... In Pesche

Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Very good pizza, both the dough and the ingredients. I only gave it a 4 because some of the pizzas were a little burnt. Excellent desserts. Recommended.

My first time at Bas&Co deserves an A+. I'd heard the food was delicious, but what I want to highlight is the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Service worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. A special mention for the desserts, which are truly fantastic. The location is beautiful and quaint. I'll gladly return.

Last night I dined at this restaurant for the first time, and the experience was truly amazing. I chose a gourmet pizza, burrata, and zucchini blossoms with truffle. A combination that might seem heavy, but it turned out to be balanced and unexpectedly light. The dough was soft, well-leavened, with a high, fragrant crust. The zucchini blossoms were fresh and delicate, the burrata creamy and well-measured, while the truffle, abundant and fragrant, gave the dish an elegant touch without overpowering the other flavors. Despite the richness of the ingredients, I felt light after eating it, a sign of careful preparation and high-quality ingredients. The restaurant is small and cozy, with a casual and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, helping make the experience even more enjoyable. I can't comment on the price, because it was offered, but the quality of the pizza spoke for itself. I can honestly say it was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. I will definitely be back!

I've rarely thought about a pizza months later. If I lived nearby, I'd go weekly. And I hope to return on vacation to Molise to try this pizza again. One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. A tour of the surrounding streets, or even the entire town, is a must. The views of the valley and the sky are stunning. The outdoor seating among the alleys is charming. The space is proportionate to the town's characteristics. You often find places that no longer serve after a certain time of the evening. Here, we booked online at 10:30 PM. Well, it's better to book online on their website than try calling the landline. Takeout can be ordered online until 9:30 PM, or you can try it on site. If you go to Pesche and complain about the uphill roads, well, folks... the saying goes, "You can't eat your cake and eat it." You can park not too far from the restaurant, and from the bar in the center, take the second street and you'll be there. The road is steep for a bit, sure. Go slowly and walk in the morning. ;) The restaurant is cute and renovated, and the service is very friendly. Excellent prices for the quality. The appetizers and fried pizza are worth trying. Here's the menu: really good pizzas, with three types of marinara from 6 to 11 euros. Well done!

Given that tastes are subjective, the pizza seemed rather rubbery to me: I'd recommend revising the dough. The ingredients used, however, were of good quality, no complaints there. The desserts were excellent, as was the wine. The location is very beautiful, although the prices are a bit high. The staff is friendly and helpful, perhaps a little intrusive, but with good intentions. However, it was a mistake to ask to clean the tables with a spray bottle while customers were still eating: even with consent, it's not fair, because the smell of the detergent mixes with the food and ruins the experience.

An exceptional pizza, light but tasty. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and traditional. We were served by Alessandro, a very kind, helpful, and truly courteous man, whose service is truly from another era.

È stata un esperienza così bella che mi sembra quasi superfluo parlare della qualità del prodotto, della ricerca che hanno negli ingredienti e in tutti gli accostamenti di sapori. Si nota chiaramente quanto la proprietà abbia investito nel locale, pulizia estrema, cura dei dettagli, per dire, anche l'impianto audio era al top, insomma un locale, anzi, un piccolo borgo direi, di classe. Nota finale un grandissimo plauso alla selezione dei ragazzi in sala, una cortesia ed un attenzione al cliente unica.
