Like every year, we return for the food, the atmosphere, and the service. The food was excellent, and the portions were generous enough to share. The desserts are also worth trying!

Baruffa is spread across two levels, both characterized by exposed wood that lends warmth and the rustic charm typical of the valley. On the ground floor, warm lighting creates a welcoming and intimate atmosphere, creating a more refined and pleasant atmosphere. Upstairs, the space opens up with sloping roofs and two side terraces that lighten the atmosphere; here, the cool lighting, not in harmony with the materials, tends to dampen the room's potential warmth. It remains a pleasant setting, suitable for both intimate dinners and larger groups. The antipasto is the real calling card: plentiful and authentic, rich in cured meats, cheeses, and local jams. The gnocchi with pancetta and gorgonzola are convincing in their simplicity, without any overdone touches. The pork shank is good and flavorful, with some slightly dry parts but still enjoyable. The final bill is fair and without surprises. A place that leaves the feeling of being able to offer even more, with a few more details on the atmosphere that would fully enhance its strengths.

Nice, quiet place, with convenient parking. Very friendly staff. Good food, definitely homemade. Excellent desserts and coffee.

The cuisine is excellent, with dishes prepared using the highest-quality ingredients that shine through in every bite. The experience is made even more special by the restaurant's enchanting location, overlooking the stunning Valsesia mountains. Dining here is more than just a meal, but a complete immersion in the authentic flavors and beauty of the surrounding nature. Highly recommended for those seeking a high-quality gastronomic experience in a breathtaking setting.

Bonito lugar para almorzar durante el verano, con un gran jardín al aire libre con asientos. El ambiente agradable y las opciones de comida son buenas. La única desventaja fue que IT tarda mucho tiempo en pedir su comida una vez que ha llegado (solo uno de los miembros del personal de servicio está autorizado para hacer esto). Paramos aquí después de visitar los parques infantiles en Alpe di Mera.

Nice place for lunch during the summer, with a large outdoor garden with seats. Nice atmosphere and food options are good. Only downside was that it takes a long time to order your meal once you've arrived (only one of the service staff is authorised to do this). We stopped here after visiting the playgrounds at Alpe di Mera.
