We had the privilege of celebrating our wedding at Barsentum, and we truly couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment we drove through the gates and up the impressive driveway, we knew it was the perfect setting for our Apulian wedding vision. Marika and the team were a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process, making all the logistics feel seamless. The food and wine were absolutely outstanding and received endless compliments from our guests. We were especially impressed by how the chef and kitchen team maintained such an exceptional standard while catering for over 100 people—a huge credit to them. The service on the day was impeccable, and Michael, in particular, was wonderfully helpful and attentive throughout the entire journey.

The location is wonderful, with meticulous attention to detail and immersed in the beauty of Puglia. The staff was professional, kind, and always available to accommodate our every need. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. Thank you so much for making our day so special. Highly recommended for anyone dreaming of an authentic, elegant, and atmospheric wedding. We celebrated our wedding a few weeks ago at Masseria Barsentum and couldn't have made a better choice. From the first contact, the entire team was incredibly helpful and attentive to our every need. They assisted us with great professionalism and ensured we lacked nothing, making organizing such an important event a peaceful and enjoyable experience. The masseria is a magical place, with its trulli and an authentic atmosphere that perfectly embodies the Puglia we love so much. It's the ideal wedding venue, not only for its beauty but also for its versatility: the multiple areas allow for dynamic reception planning, adapting to any weather conditions, from bright sunshine to a sudden downpour. We recently had the pleasure of photographing Anna and Hannos wedding at Barsentum, and it was truly unforgettable. As both professionals and guests, we were blown away by the beauty of the space — every corner is steeped in charm, history, and that effortless southern Italian elegance. The staff was warm, attentive, and made everyone feel at home while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. As photographers, we especially appreciated how coordinated and respectful they were — allowing the couple to fully enjoy the moment while still helping us capture the most important memories.

We'd always dreamed of a traditional Apulian wedding and a masseria that retained its authentic, rustic feel. For Barsentum, it was love at first sight... The masseria immediately struck us with its many spaces (particularly the panoramic terrace overlooking the Itria Valley, where we had a welcome aperitif at sunset, and the agora, surrounded by trulli, where dinner was held, illuminated by a blanket of fairy lights that helped create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere). Not to be underestimated was the presence of a Plan B in case of inclement weather (outdoors but covered), equal to Plan A and even a Plan C (completely covered). Weeks later, our guests continue to express their appreciation for both the beautiful location and the delicious food. The chef, with great professionalism, was able to accommodate every need, even offering a buffet dedicated to guests with various dietary restrictions (celiacs, lactose intolerant, vegetarians, etc.). The only downside was the unavailability of the rooms within the masseria we had booked for our family, due to delays in the renovations. However, we must acknowledge the helpfulness of the owner, Leonardo, who, to compensate for this shortcoming, provided a shuttle service for their transfer to another property. His constant presence "behind the scenes," his commitment to caring for the masseria, and his attention to guests are among the property's strengths. A special thanks also goes to the manager, Vito, for his availability and patience in accommodating our every request, striving to instill in us the serenity needed to fully enjoy every moment of our big day. And so it was...it was the wedding of our dreams, in a dream location, and we couldn't have made a better choice.

We got married yesterday and I still have a hard time believing that such a beautiful location exists and where you eat so divinely! Buffet of very rich and delicious appetizers, the first courses superlative and refined! But above all I have to thank Leo and Vito who provided unique assistance and organization!
