Great place for an alternative evening.
Keep in mind that if you are very hungry, it is not the right place (contained in quantity).
Revisited portions (some a little extravagant) but all satisfying.
Personal taste: the choice of wines is a bit lacking, and the place is based on the concept of "Bio-Wines" and therefore niche bottles, which veer more towards the alternative identity of the oval rather than the wine itself.
Absolutely must try desserts!!

Welcoming and minimal environment, young and very courteous staff who listed the menu for us and resolved all our doubts. Typical dishes revisited, for example, you will not find the usual tripe in sauce with pecorino cheese, but rather a tripe that combines Asian and Roman cuisine, and this, depending on personal taste, can be an advantage or a flaw. The only flaw I would like to note is the fact that the prices were a little high compared to the quantity of food on the plate, apart from this I would recommend the restaurant.

Very welcoming restaurant with few seats, very special and delicious dishes, I recommend taking a bit of everything and sharing at the table! It is mandatory to take a glass or even better a whole bottle of wine, the restaurant is also a cellar and is really well stocked.

Ristorante con pochi coperti molto accogliente, piatti davvero particolari e squisiti, consiglio di prendere un po’ di tutto e condividere al tavolo! Obbligatorio prendere una anche un calice o ancora meglio una bottiglia intera di vino, il ristorante è anche cantina ed è davvero ben fornito.

One of the few new realities that "doesn't hold back but could".
Definitely curious and satisfying cellar, excellent food and professional preparations.
The sense of taste is not for everyone.
As a restaurateur I find myself truly pleasantly surprised.

Mangiare da Barred è una esperienza magnifica, una visione sfacciata di come deve essere la cucina gourmet moderna. Certo non è per tutti, leggendo altre recensioni è evidente, meglio così. Abbiamo mangiato in due 7 portate più un dolce bevendo un ottimo vino consigliato da loro spendendo il giusto, era la nostra seconda volta e ne seguiranno molte altre. Servizio gentile e preparato, parlano anche perfettamente l’inglese e questo aiuta ad avere anche ospiti stranieri
