Barracuda is Barracuda!! It's not a newly discovered America, but rather an established old Europe, just as Barracuda offers well-known traditions but also a cuisine attentive to innovation.
A wide selection of wines with a focus on local products and producers, while the meat is carefully selected from Spain, Poland, and elsewhere...but always with the owner's wisdom when it comes to local or regional produce. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a French brasserie with its Art Deco decor, and the service is meticulously crafted yet simple, making those who dine at Barracuda feel right at home. Sara's carbonara is a must-try.

We're having dinner here again the second evening. The focaccia is the best I've ever had. The panna cotta is incomparable. I highly recommend it!

We ate there for 2 evenings and 2 evenings it was fabulous. The staff were friendly and helpful and the owner was attentive and an excellent host. The second evening we had a 1,750g Florentine steak with excellent explanations and advice both before and after cooking (perfectly amazing).

Very good food, a lot of choices, fantastic “vino della casa rosso” and great atmosphere.
A very pleasant place to have dinner also for the “meat people” in Marina di Cecina.

Una sera sono stata in questo ristorante molto semplice, serata un po’ caotica a livello di servizio.
Tutto molto confusionario , dalla cameriera che non sapeva in quale tavolo portava la roba .
Può capitare , il cibo buono nonostante l attesa .
