Enrica is a special person, smiling, welcoming and very prepared. Riccardo involves you and pampers you with his stories. Barlento is open 24 hours a day, heroic!! I'll be back as soon as possible

As soon as you enter, you are greeted with a warm smile and kindness that immediately makes you feel at home. Enrica, with her contagious energy and enthusiasm, takes the time to get to know her clients, sometimes sitting at the table with them always offering spot-on advice. It is clear that he loves his job madly and puts passion into everything he does. The icing on the cake is the opening of the kitchen this year: fabulous burgers. Seeing is believing!!

Riccardo and his sister are excellent people, as are the food and the friendliness. I highly recommend it for dinners that are all different and good.

13/07/2024: Kind and helpful, they waited for us while we decided even if there were people, my wife and my daughter didn't want me to taste the little pieces of cavalo and the owner brought me a really good mini portion. If you are looking for typical Salento cuisine, this is a recommended place

18/08/2024: Food was of great quality, traditional and the outdoors seating area was very cozy
16/08/2024: A restaurant which, unfortunately, seems to have moved far away from the original concept. They always offer traditional dishes and I confirm that the fresh pasta is made by Mrs. Iolanda. However, the prices for the portions and the products offered are ridiculous: 12 euros for a small plate of broad beans and chicory... 13 for the orecchiette, while a sad grilled meat without any side dish is sold for 15 euros. To eat to your satisfaction, consider 40 euros per person. All in all it seems to have become a tourist catcher...
