Great food, amazing service, right next to the central market, overall everything was perfect

I had the opportunity and fortune to attend this special evening for the Salute festival, and I still think about it. I went primarily attracted by the castradina, and found myself enjoying dishes spectacularly prepared by Stefano, the owner and chef. He was then eager and passionate about sharing everything those dishes represented, along with anecdotes and stories about Venice. I swear I'd never eaten a castradina like this before, not to mention the chestnut cheek, which literally melted in my mouth. The evening was incredibly good value for money. We'll be back!
