***Revised from 1 star to 3 stars only because of Elda at the front desk reaching out to apologize! While we waited for a cab to take us to an evening event. Scheduled additional night after our tour group, 8 of us in 3 rooms. They made us change rooms. The desk agents, and manager told us come back after lunch and your bags will be moved for you into your new rooms and your rooms will be ready. returned after 1p, no rooms weren't ready, waited in the lobby, as one room at a time was prepared, first room was ready about 1:45p. Second at 2:10, third around 2:40. No apologies, no concessions.
