At the moment (2024) I believe that in this place they cook the best pizza in Alessandria: soft and easily digestible dough (a factor indicative of the quality of the ingredients and leavening). Well-kept environment, not formal but refined. Attentive and polite staff. Highly recommended for gluten-free diets.

Sabato sera con amici, prenotazione effettuata e tavolo disponibile appena arrivati, servizio molto veloce e cortese. Il ristorante offre opzioni di terra, di mare, e pizze con molte opzioni anche gluten free (da non sottovalutare) e con la possibilità di creare la propria pizza avendo anche i prezzi dei singoli ingredienti per avere sott'occhio il conto (coperto 2 euro). Pizze molto belle e abbastanza buone, l'impasto era molto leggero e i condimenti di qualità. Chi ha preso invece i piatti di pesce non pensa la stessa cosa, senza infamia e senza lode. Il tiramisù, portate pazienza, ma non é un tiramisù, avrei accettato di più che lo avessero chiamato semifreddo. Prezzi in linea con i tempi

We found ourselves in this place by chance with some friends. Excellent pizza, fish (in my case sea bream fillet) very good. The desserts, to my taste, discreet. The service was impeccable and fast. Limoncello at the end of dinner offered by the house. Thank you, we will definitely be back
