Top quality local burgers, I recommend the Cinghialino, a real treat. Good selection of beers. The meats are carefully selected, another delicacy is the Cinisara (meat from selected breed).

Excellent and commendable choice of products. It's nice to meet people who don't just carry on a business, but are always looking for new flavors and new combinations. A special mention for the choice of craft beers that the place offers. The only flaw is the slightly uncomfortable benches

Excellent burger dive, I love it when we find a fantastic place to eat at the end of a side street! We stumbled upon the place while bus and church hopping on our last night in town. We had been disappointed with the food in Rome, it seems like every place we went was over priced and lacking in authentic flavor. We typically wouldn’t opt for a burger while in Italy but I am so glad we let the Google reviews guide us. This place is fantastic, the owner is welcoming and genuine and food was delicious and not overpriced. A must try for any American in Rome really wanting a good burger 😋 and local unfiltered beer!

Locale carino, personale e proprietario veramente amichevoli. Ottimo hamburger ed anche le polpette al sugo. Buona scelta di birre, ma tutte in bottiglia perché non possono fare le draft. Pochissimi tavoli, perché ambiente è piccolino all’interno e all’esterno in inverno non so quanto si possa stare. Ma vale la pena andarci.

Ottima cena. Panini con ingredienti di qualità e abbondanti. Cameriere molto disponibile e simpatico Prezzi onesti. Non metto 5 stelle solo per l'assenza del bagno. Tuttavia, il cameriere mette a disposizione il servizio in un locale vicino.

26/11/2025: The best pizza in Rome, unmatched in terms of dough and toppings (the white pizza is excellent). What strikes me is that the mozzarella is fresh on the pizza on display; they heat it up for you on the spot, or, if you take it away, they ask if you'd like to reheat it at home. A very effective way to offer pizza by the slice, in my opinion. I highly recommend it; top notch.
11/11/2025: I ordered pizza by the slice, both red and with boiled potatoes. The red one had a huge amount of delicious tomato sauce, just how I like it. The potatoes were of high quality and melted in your mouth, but the potato one was a bit too salty. The manager was really kind and chatty, happy to tell us the history of the place and who Luigi and the rest of the staff were. The pizza and staff were exceptional. The prices are a bit high, but overall, it was a positive experience. See you soon!

09/11/2025: They've changed management and name, and they've definitely improved the quality....the appetizers are endless, the pizza rounds are truly delicious, and the pizza is truly thin and topped beautifully.
04/10/2025: Simona opens late, and although it's quite isolated, yet very easy to get to, you can party loudly until late. Parking is available, but above all, excellent grilled meats, wood-fired pizza, and traditional Roman first courses. I forgot about the platters of cold cuts, cheeses, and fried foods, including beans with "critica" (a kind of pasta dish) and tripe with tomato sauce. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the ingredients; for €30, you can eat and drink your fill! Otherwise, there are much cheaper fixed-price menus that won't disappoint! A special shout out to Andrea, who is always so kind and patient with everyone!!! Go visit them and you'll be back!!!
