Barbana Cafe is a must visit when in Viareggio! The staff were so accommodating and friendly. They welcomed 10 of us at short notice and showed us the most wonderful hospitality - nothing was a problem! The food was divine but really it was the people working there that made the experience ❤️❤️. We will be back!! Thank you ☺️

We sat at Maurizio’s Barbana cafe for almost 2 hours this evening. The wines were great, the small toasted sandwiches delicious. Maurizio is a lovely host - took me through the wines and we tried quite a few! Hope to visit again. Thanks, Maurizio.

Barbana café….where do I begin? After we slept through two of our alarms, my friends and I frantically searched for a place to have a late breakfast. After a short walk from the beach, we ended up here. My esteemed peers, this café quite literally resuscitated us. Not only was the breakfast menu fantastic, the service was extremely friendly and helpful. Our server Margarita was lovely, and we ended up ordering multiple servings of food and cappuccinos, all of which were delicious. If you are looking for breakfast, coffee, or a pastry in Viareggio, this is definitely the place to visit!
