Monia's ice cream is something more and the awards achieved at an international level also demonstrate this. The care in the preparation, the excellent quality of the raw materials, the description of the preparation for those who are lucky enough to talk to Massi, Monia's partner who is able to explain every step in the creation of this masterpiece that we are lucky enough to have here in Viareggio .
