Absolutely worth reading!!!** I found this restaurant by chance. The first question I asked myself was: the center... but in the end we gave it a try!!! First impression: a really small place, I don't really like them. But, by then we had booked (it's better to book a table!!!) and here we are... yes, I agree, everything is very cramped... BUT... the food and the service make up for EVERYTHING!!! The service is top-notch, perfect. Even though the restaurant is tiny, you feel at ease. It's quiet, peaceful... but... THE FOOD... MY GOD... You are perfect... I, a RUSSIAN, have lived in Italy for 26 years... and I ate your Russian salad... the mayonnaise is homemade - yes, wow... obviously the ravioli - absolutely nothing to write home about... YOU HAVE TO EAT THEM!!!! SECOND COURSE - the stew... MMM. As soon as I put it on my fork, it melted... My God, how?!?! Food - perfect Service - perfect I don't need the location!!! I want to eat well Thank you Gastronomic orgasm **Side note: Definitely worth a visit!**

A very nice place in San Salvario, offering several traditional Piedmontese dishes, all very good. Some items on the menu change daily! Friendly and fast service, highly recommended!

Very good dishes, Piedmontese cuisine, and the option to order half portions for half the price of a full portion (for me, this is a significant plus, as it allows you to try multiple dishes in one meal without having to share). Recommended!

Piola is excellent! The food is excellent. The menu changes frequently, offering new, original, and delicious dishes, making every visit a pleasant discovery. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming, creating a warm, authentic atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Small and hidden, it turns out to be a true gem! Traditional Piedmontese dishes revisited with originality and imagination! Quality products and impeccable service! You feel warmly welcomed and taken care of! The wine by the glass is also excellent.

A very nice place in one of Turin's neighborhoods, just a short walk from the city center. They offer traditional products, generous and tasty portions, and the seared tartare is good, but I expected some sauce. The appetizer deserves more. Super friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it. 👍🏼

SENSATIONAL! A truly incredible culinary experience! I had the pleasure of tasting excellent Piedmontese food, prepared with great care and respect for tradition. I was particularly impressed by the tajarin with butter and anchovies and lemon zest: an extraordinary, balanced, and intense flavor. Impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere complete the experience. I'll definitely be back!

Nous nous y sommes rendus sur les conseils d’un ami et nous n’avons pas été déçus! Accueil fort sympathique, menu traduit très gentiment en français par une des serveuses, qui a su nous aiguiller dans nos choix. Les produits servis sont frais, de saisons, et les plats nous ont permis de découvrir la cuisine piémontaise modernisée, pour changer un peu des pasta et pizza touristiques. Nous recommandons vivement!
