I went to Barbagusto for dinner with my husband during a short holiday in Turin, encouraged by the nice reviews and we were very satisfied. Typical Piedmontese food as excellent as the service and friendliness of the managers and the quality-price ratio (a very abundant Piedmontese starter, half a portion of Bra and Barbera agnolotti, half a portion of tajarin with white ragù, two ricotta desserts, water, a liter of house Nebbiolo, coffee - cost 63 euros and the half portions are generous). The only not excellent note is that the room is very small and only cooled by fans.

I had dinner at this place a few days ago and I highly recommend it. It offers typical Piedmontese dishes at an excellent price. The two of us were able to taste many dishes thanks to the possibility of taking half portions, it was all very good. Very kind staff!

I arrived at this little place almost by chance, guided a bit by the reviews, I tried it and without having booked with a full place they still found a place for me. (I recommend booking, given that there aren't many tables and it fills up quickly ) I must say that the food is excellent, to enjoy the good Piedmontese flavors here you are at the top. In addition to the excellent appetizers, there is the possibility of having the first courses in half portions, excellent for enjoying both appetizers, first courses and second courses. Friendly and nice young guys. Highly recommended.

Only in town for one night and had read that this restaurant served good food authentic to the region. Staff were so friendly and helpful with our limited Italian. Enjoyable, reasonable meal.
