It is a wonderful space, which takes us back to the 19th century, where everything is very beautiful and where the sweets and chocolates are fantastic. Unmissable every time I come to Turin.

The venue is gorgeous.
The small pastry shop is good.
The service was courteous, friendly and very attentive to requests.
The quality/price ratio is correct, if you think about the historicity of the place, the type of service and the maintenance costs.
I would improve the layout of the tables, perhaps giving up some seats, to give guests greater intimacy. Given the prices, the luxury of intimate conversation would be a worthwhile plus.
Furthermore, although the toilets are more than clean, they deserve a more captivating and original design to give an extra something to the place.

Nei momenti topici, ci vuole tanta pazienza e dovrete mettervi in coda. Per mangiare ho dovuto scegliere il bar perchè il ristorante era al completo. Tramezzini sfiziosi e ambiente classico e accogliente. Servizio attento ma con piccole sbavature. Si respira la storia. Fateci un giro.

Da torinese sono tornato qui soprattutto per la cioccolata calda.
Ambiente sabaudo dove regna una certa eleganza e l'atmosfera rilassata.
Cioccolata sempre ottima idem la pasticceria fresca.
Andrebbe a mio avviso rivista l'accettazione dei clienti ovvero: se io sono in coda da 20 minuti e siamo in 3 e poco dopo si libera un tavolo più grande e fanno accomodare 5 persone arrivate da pochi minuti come dire....la cosa non è proprio corretta anche perchè ne ho dovuti aspettare altri 10 prima di sedermi.
Andrebbe la sala divisa in chi mangia pranzo per dire o chi dalle 14 in poi si accomoda per la classica merenda pomeridiana.
Per il resto sempre tutto buono con grande vetrina espositiva piena di prelibatezze.
