The stars aren't enough. I've never eaten meat of this caliber! The selection of cured meats is a journey from another world. Meats aged to perfection. Peppe is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
I regularly travel from Bologna just to have the chance to taste these delicacies!

You don't need to go to Florence to eat quality meat. We had dinner and tried a Marango, the meat was delicious and melted in your mouth. And Peppe was kind, friendly, and never intrusive. Highly recommended.

On holiday from Sicily we had dinner in this splendid restaurant.

Siamo stati davvero bene. Peppe è una persona squisita, preparata e molto simpatica.
Non sono una persona a cui piace chi si prende troppa confidenza ma Peppe è amichevole ma mai invadente. Ci ha fatto provare un po’ di carne cruda prima di scegliere la fetta da cuocere. Carne cotta alla perfezione.

Buona la prima. La simpatia del gestore Peppe va di pari passo con la preparazione e la professionalità dello stesso.
