24/07/2026: 🍕 Mo Pizza, the proof of the pudding (or rather, the ninth slice)😉.
There are pizzas that try to amaze you. And then there are those that, without making a fuss, keep you coming back. And in my opinion, that's where the skill of a pizzeria shines. I've been getting pizza from Mo'Pizza for years. And if there's one thing that sets me apart, it's that I change flavors as often as a cat changes owners: practically never. Once I find my pizza, I stay faithful. And this, for me, continues to be the perfect one. My favorite is simple. No ingredients to pronounce with a French accent, no plating to photograph for twenty minutes before eating. A pizza that does what it's supposed to do: be good. You eat it with pleasure from the first bite to the last, and when you're finished, the thought is always the same: "Next time I'll have this again." The dough is well-cooked, the crust has that light crunch that makes you want to leave not even a piece in the box. The prosciutto is plentiful, the mozzarella stays stringy without turning into a pool, and everything arrives still hot. It seems obvious, but it's not. Another detail I appreciate is the service. They've always been kind, polite, and helpful on the phone. You can tell when someone on the other end is working with professionalism and a smile, even if you can't see them. It's true, on Fridays and Saturdays you might have to wait a little longer. But all you have to do is book a little in advance and the hours are respected with great precision. Besides, if a pizzeria is busy on weekends, maybe that's also a good sign: it means a lot of people have had the same idea as me. Mo' Pizza is an honest pizza, well-made, tasty, and reasonably priced. And sometimes, simplicity executed to perfection is worth much more than a hundred special effects. For me, the highest compliment you can give a pizzeria isn't saying it makes the "most spectacular" pizza in town. It's saying, "When I crave pizza, I immediately think of them." And that's exactly what happens to me. …five stars…
