Bar Vittoria In Pavia

The bar is quite expensive. I paid 7 euros for a spritz. The service is abrupt and they don't talk to you much at the bar. In the seafront area it's normal these days. They should be more welcoming to attract tourists and increase their business. I want to pay, but only for good service and good Italian custom.
