Perfect. Excellent dishes and very well prepared. Perfectly coordinated service, without excessive interference and with great elegance of behavior. The environment is large and guarantees privacy, the kitchen in plain sight offers a touch of further hospitality. Even the guests seem respectful of a beautiful temple of good food

Despite the positive opinions, for me it was a wonderful discovery. Very positive experience. We chose the Chef's surprise 10-course meal and it was the winning choice. Fresh dishes, carefully prepared and elegant. Staff with the right mix of professionalism and courtesy that makes you feel at home. Very refined and elegant environment; the open kitchen is spectacular. We promised ourselves to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor table while enjoying the sunset over the sea.

Everything spectacular! Fantastic food. The tasting journey is an explosion of flavors from the pre-starter entree to the post-dessert mini pastries. Very kind and affable staff, and wonderful location. Needless to say, we will be back.

I'm retrieving this review of mine made three years ago, to confirm it. Honestly I would give it even more than five stars, Vite has always been a restaurant capable of offering gastronomic experiences full of vitality and taste. Today I had the pleasure of tasting chef Giuseppe Biuso's dishes, and it was one of the most rewarding experiences ever in a restaurant. I found Vite again with all its elegance, warmth and products I knew, but a new hand in the menus that elevates everything to a slightly higher level of excellence

Für mich war es eine große Freude dort zu sein. Gute Sitzgelegenheiten im historischen Garten. Gerne fühlte ich mich zurück versetzt in alte Zeiten. Ein ehrwürdiges Gebäude.
