I was truly satisfied with my experience at this restaurant! The setting is elegant, welcoming, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff was kind, attentive, and always available, making us feel immediately at ease. We ordered traditional Italian dishes, and everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. In particular, the porcini mushroom risotto was simply perfect: creamy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The dessert—a homemade tiramisu—was also excellent.

The natural surroundings of Vite offer a culinary experience in a truly evocative and romantic setting, nestled between the green hills and vineyards and the distant blue sea. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, yet unobtrusive. We enjoyed the kitchen's eight-course tasting menu; my fiancé chose it without any modifications, and I chose the vegetarian option. The dishes are meticulously crafted in both appearance and flavor. Some were satisfying, others less so, especially those on the vegetarian menu, which in some courses resembled the omnivorous option, simply stripped of animal protein, without any added touches, as we would have expected. Dessert is left to the guest's discretion, a thoughtful gesture on the part of the kitchen.

Fantastic atmosphere...while eating, we saw a baby rabbit and a spectacular sunset. Very good food...innovative cuisine with unusual but very palatable combinations. Knowledgeable staff who explained the dishes professionally. A wonderful experience worth repeating.
