FINALMENTE!), Una Selezione Prestigiosa di Formaggi Francesi e Italiani (Ottimi) e Burrata con Acciughe del Cantabrico, Songino e Mosto. Con 3 Calici di un Ottimo Grecanico Locale, Bruschette con Olio Evo Locale di Qualità e 2 Caffè, meno di 59 € per due Persone. Più che Corretto. Caprarola è Meta Turistica anche per il suo Palazzo Cinquecentesco Farnese quindi Consiglio di Prenotare.

After visiting Palazzo Farnese, we decided to have an apertivo prior to lunch. We are fortunate that we visited the Vineria Vignola. The drinks were excellent: ice cold beers and a Campari Spritz. What was most welcomed were the complimentary sandwiches and bread grilled and brushed with olive oil. Yum! In addition, they served potato chips. We chatted with the pleasant owner, Luigi, who is charming and personable. On the next visit, I will definitely dine for either lunch or dinner (or both) with Luigi at his next door restaurant. Many thanks to you Luigi. Would I recommend either the wine bar or restaurant for dining? Absolutely, yes!

I highly recommend a visit to this place, it's really worth it for the kindness, the competence of the staff, the quality of the food, the quality of the service and last but not least they have a truly high-level cellar. The owner, a very friendly person, guided us in choosing the dishes and was then promptly told by the very cute girl who served us. Very careful when changing glasses based on the type of wine served and this peculiarity is truly a rare commodity. The food was of a high standard and the q.p. ratio was excellent. We will be back.

I bought two half focaccias to take away but it cost €7 and they were also half dry. The cured meats were tasty but I won't go back. I grabbed something quickly to eat on the go at a low cost, not paying as much as half a lunch.

I felt welcome here for dinner as a hiker on the via francigenia Saturday evening, it was full, the boss recommended excellent wine and finally I enjoyed a gin and tonic (Tuscia gin) The platter of local sausages and cheese was a delight The service from all employees was very courteous I can highly recommend it
