I've never written reviews for McDonald's, but I feel like this MC is truly super efficient. I've been going there for years, and the place is always clean, the staff are always friendly, and the food is always freshly made—never cold or lukewarm! Truly well-managed!

I thank Rosa for the special attention and service provided. Clean and tidy spaces. Now, a good coffee and off we go!

It's better not to watch how they prepare food and serve. People left without waiting for their order, they just didn't have enough patience 🤦🏼‍♀️ this is the slowest staff I've seen. + unsanitary conditions. Everything is done without gloves, here they collect garbage, there they make a hamburger!

I'd like to compliment Sofia, who served me breakfast this morning at McDonald's in Piazzale Lotto. She was truly a very kind and super-friendly person, and she served me an A+ breakfast.
