Despite the many negative reviews, I've always had a good experience here. In fact, when I come to Milan, it's very relaxing to eat a sandwich at this McDonald's. The place is never crowded, and I always find a seat. The guys who prepare my orders are always kind and polite to me. I'm the same with them. I can't comment on the McDonald's Drive-Thru because I've never used it, but as far as I'm concerned, I have no complaints. 12/7/2025 #

Good morning, last night I was at MC Drive-Thru. They made me wait too long for a small order. They didn't give me the sauce I paid for, and they gave me food and drinks without a bag. When I told them about the bag, they said they're charging for it now. Even if they did, you'd have to ask me whether I wanted the bag or not. PS: This isn't the first time they've forgotten items I've ordered.

I placed an order from home. It arrived 30 minutes late. I had only one request: NO sauce. The result: a sandwich full of sauce. Once the sauce was removed, the sandwich met my expectations, although, predictably, it was lukewarm, as were the fries.

Compared to restaurants, the quality of service is much lower, especially in the morning!!!

I've never written reviews for McDonald's, but I feel like this MC is truly super efficient. I've been going there for years, and the place is always clean, the staff are always friendly, and the food is always freshly made—never cold or lukewarm! Truly well-managed!

I thank Rosa for the special attention and service provided. Clean and tidy spaces. Now, a good coffee and off we go!

It's better not to watch how they prepare food and serve. People left without waiting for their order, they just didn't have enough patience 🤦🏼‍♀️ this is the slowest staff I've seen. + unsanitary conditions. Everything is done without gloves, here they collect garbage, there they make a hamburger!

The food was delicious, but there was no information and the staff were rude.

I'd like to compliment Sofia, who served me breakfast this morning at McDonald's in Piazzale Lotto. She was truly a very kind and super-friendly person, and she served me an A+ breakfast. Thank you so much. I wish there were more people like her. I go to the various McDonald's locations for breakfast every morning. She's truly the best I've ever met. Thanks, SHOFIA DA. GIADA
