Passing through Novara in August, we sat at the outdoor tables of this beautiful and well-maintained establishment.... Despite the stickers of famous specialized guides in the windows, the coffee was nothing special; in fact, it left much to be desired... The desserts (croissants and apple tart) had little flavor and were a huge disappointment.... Friendly service and decidedly high prices.... Worth reconsidering for a possible second visit!

A good coffee shop for a calm and leisurely cappuccino. Most coffee shops in Novara don't have many tables to sit at. In this coffee shop you can sit comfortably and even work online. The prices are good, the staff is friendly, they also speak English, which helps in communication.

A Novara per visitare mostre e palazzi ci siamo fermati in questa torrefazione dove si può pranzare. Ottima scelta, primi paniscia novarese e un risotto allo zafferano con sugo di brasato, molto buoni poi passati direttamente ai dolci, Visto che avevamo fatto sempre qui l'aperitivo, anche loro molto buoni strudel con le noci e torta Umberto I con farina di nocche e cioccolato. Ampia scelta di caffè e anche di tè come brioches e dolci per la colazione. Abbiamo preso anche del caffè in grani di loro produzione. Aggiungiamo la simpatia e gentilezza delle ragazze dello staff abbiamo fatto centro al centro di Novara. Consiglio per pranzo di prenotare.

15/07/2025: Ideal for breakfast. It gets very busy on Sunday mornings. The tables aren't systematically cleaned between each customer, which is a bit of a shame, otherwise the pastries are very good, and so is the coffee.
13/07/2025: The quality of the products is excellent, but the service is a shame. The cleanliness of the premises and bathrooms is very poor.

06/09/2025: Quiet and charming place. The platter and meatballs were good. The tartare was excellent. The staff were friendly and courteous, but the service wasn't always great. The price was a bit high, especially for glasses of wine.
05/09/2025: Spacious place, friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of food; the starters are excellent, and the chicken and tartare were also very popular. Excellent place for lunch between shopping.
