The best arancini in Palermo. The place is simple and basic, but it's worth a visit.

The bar is small but very well organized. The owners know their job well. Everything is neat and well-presented. They currently have some of the best arancini in Palermo. Wonderful and incredibly fragrant. The coffee is excellent, too.

We're from Rome, and a friend brought us here saying, "I'll let you try the real Sicilian arancina." Well... he was right! 😍 We traveled around Sicily for 20 days, eating arancina everywhere, but nowhere did we find one as good as at Bar Turistico. Crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside: simply perfect. Before leaving for Rome, we had to return. And we even bought some to eat on the ship. If you're in the area, you absolutely can't miss it: this is the real Sicilian arancina!

Here you'll find the best arancina in town. My grandfather used to bring it to me as a child. After 30 years, the arancina still tastes the same!

Spectacular arancini, I'm from Palermo and this bar makes spectacular arancini, unique in taste. I've eaten all of them in my life and these are my favorites, delicious.

Se siete a Palermo e volete assaggiare l’arancina, quella vera, quella che ti fa capire cosa significhi la parola “istituzione”, questo bar è una tappa obbligata. Croccante fuori, saporita e ben condita dentro, è semplicemente perfetta. Una vera eccellenza cittadina, e non a caso c’è sempre fila: chi ci viene, lo fa con entusiasmo e ci torna volentieri. Detto questo, preparatevi anche a un’accoglienza piuttosto fredda. La cassiera, purtroppo, è notoriamente antipatica e non concede mai un sorriso, neanche nei momenti più sereni o davanti a clienti gentili. È un contrasto forte rispetto all’atmosfera vivace e alla gioia della clientela che affolla il locale. Insomma: per l’arancina si può (e si deve) chiudere un occhio sul servizio, ma un piccolo sforzo in più sul lato umano non guasterebbe affatto.
