We went in to get something hot on a cold late afternoon and spent a very pleasant half hour. The environment is nice and welcoming, the staff are friendly and we drank an excellent hot chocolate

My son and I entered the Trovellesi bar for a short break and by "sensation" we found a pleasant welcome from the staff present, the bartender and the cashier were very polite and kind and with their smile they made us feel at ease.
