Incredible authentic Italian food in a beautiful restaurant so close to the Trevi fountain. The staff were so attentive and lovely, telling us where the food comes from and explaining Roman food traditions to us. Reasonably priced, massive portions, and unreal food. Really was the highlight of our trip

Our first night in Rome. We wandered around looking for somewhere easy and authentic, without needing to book. This fabulous place hit the spot. Our food was tasty and homemade.the homemade truffle pasta was divine. Portions are healthy so we didn’t get to taste the tiramisu but will be bsvk. The atmosphere was fantastic- the setting perfect, oozing charm & quirkiness & history. We even had the pleasure of meeting Antonio, who welcomed us. The service was excellent, attentive & friendly. A wonderful find!

Delicious lasagna, and the truffle pasta was fantastic. We also thought the steak was so excellent! We enjoyed our dessert as well. And the staff, was very helpful - especially Teresa.

Extremely tasty food. High quality, truly Italian. The atmosphere is very friendly and you feel more like you're staying with a welcoming family than in a restaurant. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve during our trip to Rome.

Everything was perfect. The food was divine, like the altars of Roman churches. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. The service was excellent and fast. The best of Italian cuisine.

If I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars, I would. Not only was the food DELICIOUS (definitely among the best meals I've ever eaten), the level of warmth and hospitality was incredible. When they learned we were in Rome to celebrate my mother and father in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary, they gave us an impromptu surprise celebration that made our meal truly memorable. I cannot say enough about this genuinely lovely trattoria.

A regular stop of mine when I occasionally stop in Rome with my family for at least 2-3 days. I hadn't been there in at least 4 years, and it seems like it's undergoing a change of management: it's retained the wonderful atmosphere of a typical Roman trattoria, but the previously high standard of the cuisine has now, in my opinion, perhaps slipped a bit. In any case, it's still very good. What has definitely slipped, however, is the quality of the service. For years, a tried-and-tested team of senior waiters had ensured attentiveness and friendliness. It's worth noting the good value for money, especially considering the location.
