We were lucky that waitress Sirena didn't get the star reviews. Federico served us, the food was good, service was fast, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Probably the best restaurant in Gaeta. P.S. - We visited again two days later and... the food was just as good. I recommend it.

We often have breakfast at La Triestina because the service is truly courteous, in the outdoor space under the trees and among the flower bushes... the last few times we were served by Serena, very courteous, friendly, and always professional, she pampers us and takes great care of us. The croissants are very fresh and truly delicious. They fill them with whatever you want, with fresh creams or jams. Breakfast here... an experience 🧡
