Unfortunately, I can't give more than three stars. Although the food was good, I found it overpriced for the quantity received. Furthermore, the wait was extremely long and the service was imprecise and unsatisfactory. The overall experience wasn't worth the final price. Nicely decorated.

Serious people. They were very careful with our intolerances. The dishes were few, but all spectacular. We returned for lunch the next day.

A motorcycle tour of Monferrato, stopping for lunch in Vignale in the town hall square: an excellent restaurant with outdoor seating. There are two very beautiful panoramic viewpoints nearby!

The location was what I liked most. We ate outside in front of the town hall park, where the viewpoint begins, and there are also two playgrounds for children with games. The staff was young and friendly, but they missed two of the seven first courses, which arrived after the others had finished. Nothing too serious. But I didn't like the food overall; we ordered a bit of everything, but it wasn't to our liking. The veal with tuna sauce didn't melt well, and the cream was too runny, too runny. The agnolotti with roast sauce was the best dish by far. The plin verdi were good, but the portion was really small. We didn't finish the tagliolini with ragu. The sauce was really sweet, perhaps because of the bay leaves. The roast was too fatty, and the sliced ​​steak was very good. The side dishes aren't on the menu, and some people think they're part of the main course, but they're on the side. They cost €4 and are very poor. The quality/price ratio was poor considering what we ate.

Fantastic view, you could dine both inside and outside. The menu was a bit pricey and the portions weren't huge, but the food was good. Inside, there was some relaxing jazz music playing. The menu was a single page of A4, while the wine list was a thick binder.

A good Piedmontese restaurant. Excellent wines and good advice on them. A pleasant atmosphere. Excellent service. The food was delicious. It was a bit of a shame I got rabbit from the non-meat cuts. That could have been better! The taste was perfect, though. Otherwise, we had a lovely evening and would definitely recommend it.

Bel locale situato nel centro di Vignale, con posti all’esterno nella bella stagione. Personale giovane e molto professionale, ottima la scelta dei vini, anche al calice, abbiamo provato il Ruche’ per la prima volta e l’abbiamo gradito molto. Buona la battuta di fassona e il vitello tonnato, così come gli agnolotti di faraona al brasato. Consigliato
