Everything was good, especially the wine (uncle fa, two glasses and I was already done).

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise in the heart of Monferrato: welcoming environment, outdoor area with attention to detail and helpful and smiling staff. Few dishes à la carte but of excellent quality from appetizer to dessert. Wine shop attached to the restaurant so you can taste a wide range of wines paired with the dishes that the owner kindly explained and recommended to us.

The trattoria overlooks the main square of Vignale with a view of Palazzo Callori and its garden. There are several seats inside and in the summer you can also eat outside. The wine list is characteristic and looks like a Bible. Young, kind and knowledgeable staff. Good quality food at not cheap prices. Too bad about the chipped plate. A few more ravioli would not be bad.

Mediocre....typical Piedmontese appetizers decidedly below average, first courses with little character. Everything edible, normal portions, but once you pay the bill....it is not worth it. Too bad, being in a favorable position.

Nella piazza principale del paese un ristorante con annessa enoteca e tavoli anche all’aperto con un piacevole sottofondo musicale.Buona accoglienza ed una ampia carta dei vini professionale e meditata che non ci si aspetterebbe e che invoglierebbe ad abbinamenti ed ad una cucina di un livello superiore e più ricercato.Ottimo se si sceglie di passare piacevoli momenti dove vini e champagne siano protagonisti.
