Bar Trattoria Serenella In Vignale monferrato

Excellent venue in the heart of Vignale Monferrato. Very welcoming and well-kept location with a beautiful summer area managed by young people. We had dinner inside as it was January but we were pleasantly surrounded by the territoriality and professionalism of the staff and the venue which leaves nothing to chance. Very careful to satisfy the requests of the most demanding (we had two little girls and for one we cooked well two pieces of the cut that I had taken). Excellent quality/price ratio for those who choose to drink and eat as they should. I was happy to have found attachment to the territoriality of the products and to have found a very vast and quality wine list. I recommend the Barolo Chinato they have on the menu to those who like to treat themselves at the end of a meal. A real gem. Absolutely worth a visit even just for a glass of wine if you pass by Vignale!

I stopped by, without a reservation, and they found a place for me. Excellent service, the staff (all) are very courteous. Fassona tartare with top truffle! The porcini risotto and the nougat also fully satisfied me. Large selection of wines. Experience to be repeated.

Beautiful, charming dining room with a wine list that stretches almost endlessly. Solid Piemontesi food cooked with finesse. The service can feel. Little slow at times but they are warm, friendly and generous when you get them. The agnolotti and ravioli stood out, and the bagna cauda. Would come back here any time I’m near Vignale would make a special trip for it.

Aspetti positivi : la lista enciclopedica dei vini, l' ambiente, la qualità di alcuni piatti . Non positivi : menu con poche offerte, dolci non all' altezza, un po' di disorganizzazione nel servizio, qualche prezzo alto . Se ci tornerò mi limiterò all' aperitivo con un buon bicchiere accompagnato da salumi e formaggi

As restaurateurs it is always difficult to be fully satisfied. Here we felt at home, like in our restaurant, welcomed and pampered. The food is traditional, interpreted with modernity and wisdom, excellent raw materials. Precise and attentive service, which however left us with our intimacy. A knowledgeable and intuitive sommelier (and owner), we wanted to drink something similar to a bottle that they had on the menu anyway and he perfectly recommended an alternative which turned out to be an excellent discovery. Good but not great. We returned after a year and had an experience of ups and downs. Delightful place and obviously nothing to complain about the wine which is a certainty here. But the food left us a little perplexed. The giardiniera is excellent and the polenta cubes with anchovies and green sauce are good. But veal with tuna sauce and Russian salad were so-so (fresh?) and above all the fassone steak arrived really too cold to the point that we both preferred not to eat it. We don't expect to see the dishes removed from the bill (a now rare gesture) but perhaps the "Everything okay?" ending sounded a bit rhetorical :) Maybe a bad day in the kitchen. It can happen.

We found ourselves in Monferrato to spend 3 days relaxing with my wife and, inevitably, we had to return to eat two evenings in a row in this splendid restaurant. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the service to the excellent food typical of the area. A special mention goes to the wine list and to the two sommelier brothers who know how to best combine food and wine, making the diners enjoy themselves to the fullest. It is an obligatory stop for anyone who wants to stop in these splendid places to best savor the typical products treated with authenticity and skill.

The day when I eat badly in Piedmont will come sooner or later, but it certainly wasn't the one when I stopped at Serenella. 🏠 LOCAL | although the weekend wasn't the best, we took a risk by eating in the outdoor area and therefore I can't give an evaluation of the interior. From what I've seen, it's certainly well-kept and iconic 🚶‍♂ PERSONAL | owners and girls at the tables highly professional and without any mistakes. For my part, you can also let yourself go a little more, but I appreciate the high level they want to maintain 👨‍🍳 COOKING | special: as mentioned above, here at Serenella you will land on your feet and whatever your choice, you can't go wrong. 💶 ACCOUNT | prices are around €25 each. I would say acceptable for what is offered! I recommend it

Il giorno in cui mangerò male in Piemonte prima o poi arriverà, ma sicuramente non è stato quello in cui mi sono fermato da Serenella. 🏠 LOCALE | nonostante il weekend non fosse dei migliori, abbiamo rischiato mangiando nel dehor esterno e quindi non saprei dare una valutazione degli interni. Per quel che ho visto sicuramente curato e iconico 🚶‍♂ PERSONALE | proprietari e ragazze ai tavoli altamente professionali e senza nessuna sbavatura. Dal mio canto potete anche lasciarvi andare un po' di più, ma apprezzo l'alto livello che si vuole mantenere 👨‍🍳 CUCINA | speciale: come detto sopra, qui da Serenella si cade in piedi e qualsiasi sia la vostra scelta, non potete sbagliare. 💶 CONTO | sui prezzi siamo intorno ai 25€ a testa. Direi accettabile per quanto offerto! Lo consiglio

Very good service - attentive and friendly. Also speaks English and some German. Excellent Piedmontese dishes and a huge selection of wines to choose from. Great!
