I had been wanting to go there for a long time. I expected it to be the way I found it. Simple, without unnecessary frills. The dishes are written on the blackboard but, in reality, they are engraved in the memory of those who were born and raised in this land and preserve its superlative food and wine heritage. Mrs. Rosaria speaks softly but her dishes are overbearing and express the strength and flavors of the land of Abruzzo

Just been... Typical Abruzzo trattoria! It reminded me of the flavors of when I was a child! Fettuccine mushrooms and sausage excellent... Excellent grilled meat and super arrosticini! Delicious house cake (parsley and ricotta), delicious tiramisu. Unmatched quality/price, superior quality without a shadow of a doubt compared to the prices. Kind and hospitable owners. Not too far from Campo Imperatore, if you find yourself for a visit I can only recommend you stop here, you will come away satisfied!

Characteristic restaurant typical of this place, located in peace of mind... The food is totally delicious, the kebabs melt in your mouth. Anyone passing this way must necessarily stop.

Top, more unique than rare restaurant. Excellent food at a reasonable price in the middle of the Gran Sasso park. Specialties not to be missed: tiramisu.

23/06/2025: We celebrated our wedding at Cartiera del Vetojo and we are very happy with our choice. Luca was available at all times from start to finish, meeting our wishes. The organization was impeccable. Excellent lunch and location surrounded by nature. We highly recommend it!
