Sono vegetariana e intollerante al nichel, e l’attenzione con la quale la proprietaria mi abbia consigliato i piatti è stata superlativa.
Antipasto buonissimo, fagioli e giardiniera, pasta ottima, ravioli fatti in casa, come secondo ho preso un tris di contorni, che dire… cipolle con patate che rievocano dei sapori dimenticati.
Vino della casa ottimo, gli altri in bottiglia quasi tutti biologici della cantina torri.
Che dire, ci andrei tutti i giorni.

Trattoria in a small village below the Gran Sasso. By reservation only, family run. Without any pretense but completely local food with exclusively homemade pasta. You can choose the four/five types of pasta and then they give you a choice of sauces to match. Ravioli also good, fresh, prices more than honest, three euros a side dish is fine. Typical Abruzzo cuisine. It's not refined or refined but if you're hungry, eat and then go home, it's fine. Free Wifi service otherwise it won't pick up the phone
