A perfect trattoria for sampling traditional dishes with unique flavors. The arrosticini are top-notch, of course, considering it's in Abruzzo. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and highly recommended to anyone passing through.

A bar, but above all a trattoria, a bastion of traditional Abruzzo cuisine. The lady in the kitchen still makes potato gnocchi by hand, my favorite. If you're in a hurry, don't stop. If you have the time, you have to go for a lunch with friends.

I had been wanting to go there for a long time. I expected it to be the way I found it. Simple, without unnecessary frills. The dishes are written on the blackboard but, in reality, they are engraved in the memory of those who were born and raised in this land and preserve its superlative food and wine heritage. Mrs. Rosaria speaks softly but her dishes are overbearing and express the strength and flavors of the land of Abruzzo

Just been... Typical Abruzzo trattoria! It reminded me of the flavors of when I was a child! Fettuccine mushrooms and sausage excellent... Excellent grilled meat and super arrosticini! Delicious house cake (parsley and ricotta), delicious tiramisu. Unmatched quality/price, superior quality without a shadow of a doubt compared to the prices. Kind and hospitable owners. Not too far from Campo Imperatore, if you find yourself for a visit I can only recommend you stop here, you will come away satisfied!

04/10/2025: Even though I'm local, I've never been to the Villa Letizia restaurant. This evening I had the best pizza I've ever had, and I've been to quite a few restaurants. There were five of us, and I wanted to try the other ones, too; they were heavenly... If you want to eat well without spending a fortune, Villa Letizia is the place for you. Greetings from Popoli Terme.
22/08/2025: Beautiful place, with plenty of outdoor space, a very summery venue, and a basement dining area. Friendly and professional staff, delicious arrosticini, and first courses, the ragù needs improvement... Perhaps they should call it Abruzzese ragù... Desserts: well, the tiramisu wasn't anything special. The bruschetta was large, but there could be improvement in both the aesthetics and presentation, as well as the choice of ingredients.
