When a Sardinian discovers the Alps, they literally travel through time and space. Eating in a mountain refuge is something we know, but this is truly another dimension. Thanks to my life partner who took me to the places of her childhood, and thanks to the owner of L'Mulin who pampered us and made us feel at home, as is their custom in this corner of paradise. Come, come, come and eat the traditional cuisine prepared here.

Moderate prices, but little variety on the menu. The mushroom pasta was a simple cream and mushroom dish. Polenta with sausage or cheese—don't expect the typical mountain hut fare, as the cheese and sausage are served separately.

I was in this restaurant after mid-August, attracted by the reviews, I must say that the place is very nice, charming and quiet, for lunch, being a weekday the menu was only fixed and not à la carte, a choice between two first courses, the second course only one, alternatively either salad or vegetables (not a cold cut or a grilled steak for example, you would always want at least one alternative), for this reason I do not give five stars, simple but tasty food for what is offered, price in line with a business lunch, simple and friendly staff, recommended if you go on a day before a holiday or a holiday with reservation, overall satisfactory, to try again on a holiday to be able to give five stars and be able to try other specialties mentioned in the photos.

This was our first time at this restaurant and we had a great time. The place is beautiful, with an outdoor play area perfect for children. Service was quick, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good and plentiful. Great value for money.

This was our second visit to this restaurant. The traditional Piedmontese cuisine is highly appreciated, with fresh ingredients and excellent service.

Reservations are recommended, but the food is excellent, with home-made food and local wines.

I visited this place some time ago, and the experience has remained in my heart. There's a warm, intimate atmosphere, reminiscent of an Alpine refuge or an Austrian hut, where the wood creaks softly and time slows. The Piedmontese dishes generously reflect tradition: intense, enveloping, authentic flavors. Perhaps a little too rich and fatty for my taste, but ideal for savoring after a long hike along the trails, when the tired body seeks refreshment and the soul longs to reward itself.

Fantastica location in quel di inverso. In mezzo al verde, vicinissima a fondo (12 minuti di macchina) gran bella realtà!servizio veloce,buonissimo antipasto,1 primo 1 secondo e strepitoso bunet fatto in casa. Veramente una gran bella domenica inaspettata. Promosso a pieni voti,ci si tornerà. Angolo relax con sdrai e piccolo angolo con laghetto.
