I spent Valentine's evening here.
Excellent trattoria, unique and welcoming location, dishes with refined flavors and beautiful to look at, excellent wines, and attentive and friendly staff. For me, it was an excellent gourmet experience.

The presentation of the dishes was excellent (kudos to the waiter), the service excellent, and the atmosphere simple yet welcoming, just what I expect from a trattoria.
Even though the dining room was almost full, the staff listened to our every request and took care of it—thank you!
The food was truly excellent, with interesting pairings and a good variety.
Perfect for a pleasant, quality dinner in a relaxed atmosphere!

It's still a historic venue with a great atmosphere, but it feels like it's resting too much on its reputation. I hope this is just a transitional period, because I'd hate to change my regular stop in Belluno. With the price increase (understandable given the times), I'd expect the quality to remain consistent, if not better. Right now, the experience isn't entirely worth the expense.

Family lunch. Both the first and second courses were excellent (Piave risotto with licorice powder, cappellacci with beetroot pasta stuffed with pumpkin, served with gorgonzola cream and amaretti biscuits, polenta and cod). When we booked, the waitress noted that my parents would like the risotto even though it wasn't on the menu, and she made it for us. I was happy that a chocolate cannoli was included with the coffee. Definitely worth repeating!

I dined here again after several months. Everything was good, the food and the wine, nothing to complain about. I ate well and plentifully, especially the appetizers, which were sometimes enough to split between two. The only thing I found could be improved was the service, which was too fast and rushed. At least when I dine out, I'd like to be relaxed and enjoy myself. I recommend making a reservation because there are only a few seats and it's often full.
