Let's start by saying that I didn't try the restaurant, I tried the bar since it is the only bar on the provincial road that is open at 5:00 in the morning. The clientele is therefore mainly truck drivers and commuters who start very early like me. The environment is simple and clearly Spartan and the bartender, who I presume is the owner, is friendly. You certainly can't expect 4-star Gourmet service as you find yourself at 5:00 in the morning in a rather crowded bar for the time. I found friendliness, a decent speed and above all the coffee was good. I also took some brioches and these were also of good quality. Of course, you can consume it standing up, trying to do it as soon as possible, but all in all I have to say that precisely because it is the only place open at times when other bars begin to prepare... I was very impressed and satisfied . If you happen to be in the Carpiano area, know that this is the only bar open as far as I can see from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday. So if you are desperate at 4.30 or 5.00 in the morning and are looking for a place where you can drink a coffee or a cappuccino or eat a croissant this is your place!
