20/09/2023: We found Malga Casarina almost by chance, having stayed in a hotel near the area. It was a very pleasant discovery! A very friendly and approachable welcome. An appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, with a cup that hasn't been this good in a long time. Very good and fragrant spinach and cheese dumplings, before moving on to the amazing second course: local beef stew with polenta. The meat was so soft and good that it melted in your mouth. And to conclude an excellent strudel. Truly an excellent experience, to be repeated if we return to these areas and to be recommended to the world. Good guys! Keep it up. Excellent value for money

24/07/2023: Siamo stati a cena in malga con annessa visita alla mungitura del latte, i bambini sono stati entusiasti dell’esperienza, il cibo in malga superlativo, dai canederli, affettati e formaggi super, tra l’altro di produzione propria, polenta e formaggio alla piastra da lasciare senza parole, yogurt e panna cotta e per finire grappa alle rose che è spaziale, per condire il tutto la gentilezza e la simpatia di tutti i ragazzi e soprattutto di Melissa che insieme al suo compagno gestiscono eccellentemente il ristorante, il posto è pulitissimo e facilmente raggiungibile sia per sentieri che in auto, vi consiglio vivamente una visita.
