Bar Trattoria Comugne is a true gem! The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, and the staff is friendly and always smiling. The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, typical of Italian tradition. Excellent value and generous portions. A perfect place to enjoy good food in a relaxed atmosphere. 24/03/2026: An old-fashioned pastry shop with delicious, fresh pastries (strawberry and custard tart and delicious cream puffs). The lady at the counter is kind and helpful. An authentic and sincere place on a street full of tourist traps!

08/04/2026: I went there for Sunday lunch. The food was truly excellent, with typical Venetian appetizers and first courses, along with excellent wine. The service was excellent, with a very friendly waiter who, with his jokes, further enlivened our lunch. The only downside was the open restaurant door, which allowed a slight breeze to blow in, making it annoying for the customers seated in the dining room. The wait was also a bit long, but overall, everything else was excellent. I highly recommend it for anyone planning a day in Venice!
