A typical working-class lunch: the meatloaf was disappointing (it tasted like a bon roulade), but the sweet and sour peppers were delicious, and the pasta with ragù was delicious. The service was excellent, and the service was courteous.

I've been there twice in three days during two motorcycle trips. If you like to eat well at honest prices, this is the place for you. The atmosphere..? It's lunch at a friend's house whose mother prepares a few dishes for you, but really well done. Simple.. Direct.. Exceptional, very good!

01/08/2025: Excellent venue and service. I personally tried the fried polenta, pumpkin cappellacci, roast lamb shoulder, venison "in the woods," and a coffee mousse...all so spectacular that I couldn't choose a favorite. All the other dishes at the table that I didn't try were also excellent, according to other diners.
