We tried the meat tartare, and the quality was excellent: fresh, flavorful, and with a perfect consistency. ​What I appreciated most was the wide variety of options on the menu, allowing you to explore different tastes without ever getting bored. I particularly appreciated the balance of flavors: the seasonings are carefully chosen and expertly measured. They complement the dish and enhance the cut of meat without ever overpowering its flavor. ​An excellent gastronomic experience for those who love clean flavors and high-quality ingredients.
