The food was absolutely delicious; they simply improvised for us. We stayed overnight at the campsite by the monastery because everything else was closed. On Thursday, the tagliatelle al ragu was incredibly tasty, along with leftover tortellini with butter and sage, plus wine, bread, and cheese. That's what true hospitality looks like! We'd love to come back again and again. The hostess was incredibly kind.
