Guest of friends, I had an exceptional dinner. A frugal but sensational dinner, starting with the appetizers enriched by a tray of Panni ham. Then an encore of handmade troccoli and orecchiette seasoned with double tomato sauce. Intermezzo of provola, pecorino and first choice caciocavallo followed by torcinelli grilled to perfection accompanied by garden vegetables. The wonder of home flavors with the convenience of the restaurant. Compliments to the kitchen and the staff, I will return to taste other specialties.
