A corner of grace in the heart of the ancient city of the rose window, where every dish seems to have come not from a kitchen, but from a well-educated family memory. We enjoyed orecchiette as they were made before the bourgeoisie discovered food bloggers, and meats that smell of the fireplace and respect for the beast. The service? Silent, precise, almost monastic. The venue? Sober, elegant, without frills—like a retired marquis: he knows who he is, and has nothing to prove. Recommended for those who believe that simplicity, when true, is the rarest luxury.
