We met here for coffee with friends. The cannoli were very original and the cassata was delicious.

Friendly staff, but the fried food was probably fried with oil that wasn't fresh, given the resulting dark color of the pieces and the "heavy" flavor.

Unfortunately, they no longer make the "liscio fritto" (fried calzone). The fried calzone with sausage, salami, and mayonnaise... a spectacular calzone, what a shame!

I stopped by Bar Touring for a quick break. The bar is conveniently located and from the outside it looks like a quiet place, perfect for a casual stop. Unfortunately, the experience inside was somewhat ruined by the atmosphere: the staff were arguing among themselves, and the atmosphere was tense, with some rather rude attitudes toward customers. The service was prompt, but not very welcoming. Overall, it's an average place, with room for improvement, especially in terms of staff and organization. Three stars.

02/03/2026: I came to Palermo to stay with my cousins. The dinner was epic: the cod with caponata reminded me of the foods and flavors of yesteryear. The wine was excellent. I digested everything without any problems. The place was quite noisy. The service was quick and friendly.
