Bar Tiberio In Capri

A hidden gem in a beautiful location, easily accessible by boat shuttle or walk. The seafood was outstanding – we especially enjoyed the risotto and the fish of the day. Friendly and attentive service made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

A very pleasant experience at the Bagni Tiberio Restaurant. I had a simple but delicious sandwich and a tartlet with wild strawberries that was truly divine. The prices are average for Capri; in fact, I'd almost say affordable considering the location. The beach is gorgeous and comfortable, and the water incredibly clear, more so than I expected. The restaurant is located on a small wooden terrace overlooking the sea, with changing cabins as well: everything was very simple, typical of the beach, unpretentious, but with a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The staff was very friendly. Advance reservations are essential; I called two weeks in advance, and I was right, otherwise I wouldn't have found a spot. You can reach it by boat with a free service offered directly by them: they keep going back and forth from the port, and it's truly charming to arrive there this way.

There were many people getting off the boats, a minimum wait of 15 minutes for a table, good quality-price.

I find Bagni di Tiberio a very nice place. Ideal for families. You eat very well, the sea is amazing!

One of the best meals we had in Capri and Sorrento. Maybe I was taken in by the view, the fact we got there on a very nice boat, and that we were having an amazing lunch and a bottle of Rose and it was like a dream. Either way I highly recommend.

Had such a good day at Bagni Tiberio in Capri. We’d booked a restaurant reservation and sun loungers online for around midday but ended up getting there closer to 3pm because other things ran over. It wasn’t a problem though — the shuttle boat picks you up from the main harbour right next to the ferry port, super easy to find and they come every 15-20 minutes. Quick and simple. We were booked in for lunch at 1:30pm and even though we turned up about an hour and a half late, they seated us after just five minutes. The restaurant itself has proper old-school Italian beach club vibes, really lively and fun without trying to be too flash. Views are beautiful too, looking right out over the sea. Service was honestly the best we had on our whole holiday — both our waiters were so friendly and welcoming. The food was incredible. My girlfriend had the lobster pasta which she loved, and I had one of the fresh fish options. I wasn’t sure what to pick, so I asked the waiter to choose for me and he brought out a sea bream with this lemony buttery sauce and honestly, it was one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had. Simple but unreal. Came with potatoes and was just perfect. After lunch we grabbed some drinks and chilled on the beach loungers until about 6pm. The sea was a little wavy but still really nice to swim in. It’s a lovely spot — relaxed, authentic, not showy, just good at what it does. Would 100% go back next time I’m in Capri.

Uno de los tres cafés en la encantadora Piazza Umberto en el centro de Capri. Genial para la vista y para la gente que mira, pero pagas por ello - 16 € por un Campari Spritz (incluso si te dan patatas fritas y aceitunas).
