Good location, hotel was clean, we booked directly through the hotel website and we didn't pay for air conditioning or beach umbrellas as mentioned in other reviews.

Excellent hotel (staff hospitality, cleanliness, amenities, location - close to the beach, close to caribe bay, close to the bus). It has parking, its own sun loungers and umbrella on the beach. Staff helpful, breakfast excellent.

Beautiful hotel. The nightlife comes alive around 10 and lasts until 2-3 in the morning, but you can't hear it at all.

Since we place a lot of value on good reviews, here's the summary. From ordinary people who place a high value on cleanliness and good food. Arrival was okay. We were well received. The room was ready by 12 noon. We also got a parking space right at the hotel. Everything is a bit cramped, but it's locked in the hotel parking lot. The rooms are nothing special. To be honest, for this price, I don't have many demands. I think 5 nights, 6 days, around €1,100. Air conditioning costs extra, but a fan is free in the room. Our friends stayed on the second floor, one on the third floor, and other friends on the fourth floor. The friends on the fourth floor and above said they couldn't live without it. For us, the fan on the third floor is sufficient (albeit borderline). The cleanliness of the rooms is up to standard. It's mediocre; fresh towels are provided every day, and the staff do a decent job and seem polite. The TV in the room is quite small and hangs very high up; it's better than no TV and German channels. The mini-fridge unfortunately doesn't really serve its purpose and could be a bit bigger. The beds are fine for lying down. What's a bit annoying is that there's only one elevator, and while it's quite small, it takes an extremely long time, making it a bit difficult for guests, especially since breakfast only lasts two hours and dinner only one, and everyone wants to use it. You also have to carry your suitcases up several flights of stairs from the car to the ground floor, so unfortunately it's not wheelchair accessible. The pool is fine. The beach isn't far away. It felt like 50 meters. When booking, it said that loungers were included in the price; since this year, they cost an extra €12 per day. A bit silly, but oh well, I'll lie down at the front. They moved us to the back because you're not allowed to have umbrellas there. That's fine, but we had to buy an umbrella. The hotel is centrally located on the shopping street. Pretty convenient, as you have restaurants and shops right on your doorstep. The prices in the restaurants are pretty good and the portions quite large; you'd sometimes pay double in Bibione. Now we come to breakfast! We still expect the same clean room and a decent breakfast. Unfortunately, you can't enjoy the coffee/cappuccino, and the same goes for the orange juice! There wasn't much of a selection of rolls, just two different yogurts, three types of muesli, some salami and cold cuts, some cheese, scrambled eggs, jam, chocolate spread, and a few other little things. So, it was pretty poor. Instead of getting a good coffee machine and a decent orange juice, that would definitely boost breakfast and maybe even get the hotel a slightly better rating. I can only recommend this as a big tip; it doesn't matter whether the hotel has a 3.9 or 4.3 rating on Google, and that's just because they offer something decent. Now for dinner. Every day there are 3 starters 3 main courses 3 desserts You have to check one of these and it will be brought to your table in the evening. It's a bit disappointing that food isn't available until 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM. Since we're German and have a child, we like to eat early, so we'd like to go out afterward, as our child would be in bed by then and we'd like to take a walk to digest our dinner. Unfortunately, that's not possible here. Since dinner is only open for one hour, it gets very hectic, and you can't really relax and enjoy your meal. Drinks cost extra. Can €3, bottle €6 (Coke) Water bottle €3 Wine bottles between €18-20 If anyone goes there (you don't have to force the wine down because it costs €18, they'll save your half-finished bottle for tomorrow, and it'll be ready at the table when dinner is served). The seating arrangement is always the same. Dinner is fine. There's also a salad bar. Overall, it's okay.
