28/12/2024: Really yummy! 🌿The original menu doesn’t have proper vegan options but some vegetarian ones, but the staff was very kind and available and offered to substitute the Gorgonzola cheese in the “Panino testa di zucca” with some black cheekpea hummus (very tasty and flavorful) so that it wouldn’t just be veggies in it. So the panini had: ☀️grilled pumpkin ☀️confit tomatoes ☀️hummus ☀️almond pesto Inside a crunchy and delicious piece of bread. The location and atmosphere is also very pleasing and curated. Highly recommended if you’re walking around and have a budget! I spent 10€ everything included.

14/12/2024: Best gourmet sandwich in Pavia, hands down! Made with premium-quality ingredients and paired with an extensive, very well-curated wine list. Absolutely worth a visit!
